What You’ll Do

• Build a production-grade API using the Python stack and ecosystem

• Implement new bot and agent behaviors using a combination of prompt engineering, heuristics, metrics, and good old-fashioned data collection and labeling

• Develop web-based user interfaces using the ReactJS ecosystem

• Enhance the deployment pipeline and improve the quality of delivery for our clients

• Deal with outages and system failures (which can occur at any time)

• Diagnose challenging production AI problems and develop innovative solutions to ensure high-quality in real world AI solutions

Who You Are

• You’re a systems-level thinker who loves solving hard, unsolved problems in AI.

• You see the potential in AI, not just as a tool but as an intelligent partner to humans, and you’re excited to help us make that future a reality.

• You’re excited about the scale and impact of the technology you build. You don’t just want to code—you want to leave a mark on the AI industry.

• You have 8+ years of software engineering experience. No specific AI experience is required - you will learn that on the job. But we do expect you to bring significant software engineering experience with you to help us build more reliable solutions.

• You are willing to work hard and sacrifice in order to make something bigger
